Neda was incredible and I cannot recommend her enough! She helped us navigate this crazy time of buying and selling (pandemic plus shortage of houses on the market). This review should be double counted as Neda helped buy and sell our home, so I have broken down my review. Buying – As a point of reference we have been looking for the right house over the last two years. Neda was very patient with us and when COVID hit, we stopped looking for a bit. Towards the end of 2020, we decided to start looking again and this is where Neda shined. This is our third property and we have used different realtors in the past and the results were okay. Buying a place during a pandemic is not easy, but Neda was ready and really made the process easy. We identified about 12 different properties ranging in price so that she could be on the same page as us on what we were looking for. In our mind the real benefit of having Neda with us was her professionalism and her ability to work with all the realtors. She showed us a few properties and had pre-discussions with many other realtors so that we were a step ahead before we even stepped foot onto a property. This is a huge advantage when most homes on the market are off in less than a week. Every property we saw, Neda did not just give us the facts of the house, but she also provided insights to us on what the buyers might be expecting. When we finally found the place, the process was much smoother and faster to move into escrow. Throughout the buying process she was in constant contact with the seller agent, and she recommended and coordinated with all the various contractors (inspectors, appraiser, termite, repair, mortgage, insurance, escrow, etc.). All we had to do is sign documents, which she advised us the entire way on any concerns, considerations, and what we were signing. Selling – Based on our positive experience with the buying process, we asked Neda and her partner Anamaria to help us sell our old house. Both Neda and Anamaria did a walkthrough of our house and helped us identify what projects we may need to do to ensure a smooth sale. They not only identified what repairs were needed to get “top dollar”, but also coordinated with contractors to get multiple bids and negotiated with them so all we had to do was agree and sign the check. We were in constant communication on what needed to be done and what budget we were willing to spend. Once the house was ready (about 2 weeks), Neda coordinated the staging company, photographer, and videographer to get it ready to list. Her teamed moved fast and all we had to do was sit back and let her do her thing. She asked us what we wanted to get from our net proceeds, and she worked around that to set an asking price. The house went out on the market and by day 4 we had over a 50 showings and a dozen bids. I know it is a crazy selling market, and many relators would have just done the basics to maximize their commission, but Neda did not cut any corners and did a full marketing push to ensure we had as many buyers on day 1 as we could. This shows how much she cares, and it paid off. As much as I like other agents that offer low sales commission rates, the amount of work she put in to attracting buyers and negotiating with each individual agent is the reason why we got well over the asking price and nearly 25% more than what we expected to get from our home sale.

In a word, if it wasn’t because of Neda, we couldn’t purchase our dream home.
